TEKLAB Production: In korte tijd CNC frezen van een klein-serie kunststof behuizingen Voor een klant die in de sport-industrie actief is, hebben we een kleine serie 2-delige behuizingen gefreesd in een POM materiaal variant. Van de klant hebben we 3D tekeningen ontvangen en gecontroleerd. Daarna de klant een paar wijzigingen voorgesteld om de onderdelen beter produceerbaar te maken. Na goedkeuring zijn de tekeningen met CAD CAM software omgezet naar de CNC machine en zijn de onderdelen CNC gefreesd op onze Haas 3+1 freesbank . Doorlooptijd van het hele proces was slechts 4 werkdagen. Meedenken met de klant, snel produceren op hoogwaardige cnc machines, vaak met basis materiaal uit voorraad.
